Wesley Mulvin is a sculptor, visual artist and letterpress technician. He has exhibited his work across Canada and Internationally in Amsterdam, Bratislava, Yokohama, Budapest, the Czech Republic and Tallin, Estonia. Each of his many artist books uses simplified minimalist drawings to look at the way humour can be used to both undermine and shore up the reader/viewer’s expectations and existing belief structures.

Perro Verlag Books by Artists publishes visual art chapbooks, comix, manifestos, Documents of Psychic Amateurs, research from The Institute for the Science of Identity, The Hell Passport Project , pamphlets from the lowercase reading room and exhibition catalogues. We promote the original and independent voices of both established and emerging artists whose work combines or crosses or messes up traditional genres. We currently have forty-five titles in print.
